Product and billing overview
A short, factual description of what Studify is, what a customer pays for and how access is delivered. It is written for payment providers and anyone who wants the plain facts; the binding rules are in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
1. What Studify is
Studify is fully automated software for practising spoken English, delivered in the browser as software as a service (SaaS) at https://app.studify.today.
- Every lesson is run by an AI tutor: speech recognition, a language model, speech synthesis and an animated avatar, all running inside the Studify web application.
- No human tutors, teachers or other people take part in delivering a lesson. There is no booking, no scheduling, no consulting and no manually delivered work of any kind.
- A customer starts a lesson whenever they choose, as often as their plan allows.

2. What the customer buys
A monthly software subscription with a fixed number of AI lessons, plus an optional one-off add-on. Prices include VAT.

There are no unlimited plans, and unused lessons do not carry over to the next month.
3. How access is delivered
Delivery is automatic from start to finish:
- The customer signs in and chooses a plan. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
- Lemon Squeezy notifies Studify of the payment through a signed webhook.
- Studify records the purchase and the lessons appear in the customer's account within seconds. Nobody on our side has to do anything.
- Renewals, cancellations and refunds arrive the same way and update the account automatically. Customers cancel at any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
4. How to try it
Anyone can create an account at https://app.studify.today with an email link or Google. The first lesson is a free assessment of about 15 minutes: the AI tutor talks with you, finds your level and places you in the programme. No card is needed for it.
